Hello teachers！Thank you very much for this opportunity. First of all，I would like to briefly introduce myself.

My name is Hazel Lu and I graduated from University of Leicester as a major of international education. When I was in the university，I started teaching English as a part-time job. I found it very helpful， because I could apply what I had learnt to my part-time work.

After my gratuation I started a job as a teacher of English for international students in a school . One of the most important things I've learnt from my work is the collaboration between teachers and students，because only when students' learning and my teaching go in the same direction， can we achieve the utmost effect together. I think I'm a trustworthy person and I'm proud to say that it has been proved as many of my studenys enjoy learning with me and share lots of things with me. I think it will bring very good opportunities to communicate woth others，for example my colleagues and students-to-be.

你好老师!非常感谢您给我这次机会。首先，我想简单介绍一下我自己。

我叫陆梓歆，毕业于英国莱斯特大学国际教育专业。当我还在本科学习阶段的时候，我开始兼职教美式英语。

毕业后，我开始在学校担任国际学生英语教师。我在工作中学到的最重要的一件事就是师生之间的合作，因为只有学生的学习和我的教学方向一致，我们才能一起达到最大的效果。我认为我是一个值得信赖的人，我很自豪地说，许多学生都喜欢和我一起学习，和我分享很多东西。但是相对来说，我是一个比较年轻化开朗的老师，我和学生既是师生，也是可以沟通没有障碍的朋友。很多人认为老师与学生无法成为朋友，因为老师需要扮演严厉的角色。我可能只能在课堂上做到这一点，课后的我会尽量理解现在学生群体中流行的东西，我认为这会给我带来很好的与他们交流的机会。
